We do have E-Gift Cards available for purchase online! You can find those here. Once you purchase the E-Gift Card, you will receive an email with the gift code which you can then send to the recipient. All E-Gift Cards can be applied at checkout.

Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Phresh Candle Co. reserves the right to cancel any order.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.

Most orders are expected to processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business days.
Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

USPS is currently experiencing shipping and delivery delays, delivery of orders may take up to 4-10 business days. If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local USPS branch.
Orders are shipped via USPS to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes.)
Upon shipment, USPS Ground service takes an average of 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Tracking on packages takes 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system. If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we'll look into the situation.

If your order was marked as delivered but it is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Phresh Candle Co. cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company!
We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivered date. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@phreshcandleco.com so we can work with you to resolve this.

If you apply a discount, this may reduce your subtotal to the point where you are disqualified from free shipping; in some cases you may save more with your discount compared to free shipping, so make sure to double check so that you get the best deal possible!

REturns & exchanges

Purchases may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.
Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Any products received broken or defective must be submitted through our Contact page. Please include a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Troubleshooting

Proper candle care is essential to getting the most out your candles. See our Candle Care Guide for tips for maximizing each burn!

This phenomenon is know as “tunneling.” Tunneling may occur if the candle is lit and then extinguished before it has achieved a full melt pool.
To ensure your candle doesn’t tunnel, allow it to burn until the wax is totally melted from the wick, all the way to the edge of the jar before extinguishing.

As you check the wick length, also be sure to check that the wick is standing straight. If it leans to one side, the flame will melt the wax on one side of your candle and not the other. To straighten the wick, gently push it with a wick dipper or a knife until the wick is centered in the jar.

Check the wick length. If the wick is longer than one quarter of an inch, it’s time to trim. Do not attempt to trim the wick while the candle is lit. Extinguish the flame, trim the wick and relight.
Be sure to keep your candle away from any drafts or vents.
If you are experiencing excess soot and these suggestions are not working, discontinue use and contact us.

This carbon deposit is known as a “mushroom.” Mushrooms are a common occurrence. Long burn-times can easily create a mushroom in any candle, especially if the wick isn't kept trimmed to one quarter of an inch or less.
Be sure to trim your wick prior to each burn to minimize mushrooming.

Make sure to burn your candle for at least 2-3 hours each time you light the candle. This will allow the wax and wick to heat properly and emit fragrance. Move your candle to another location to avoid drafts from vents or fans.
Please note: single wick candles are meant to be used in smaller rooms to enhance fragrance performance. Double or triple wick candles work best in larger rooms
