  • Purchases may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.

    Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any products received broken or defective must be submitted through our Contact page. Please include a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
